Refund policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. All items, except for sale/clearance items and original works of art, have a 30 day exchange policy in the form of a gift card towards another purchase from our store.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the painting or artwork is returned damaged (when it is being repackaged for the “return to artist” or during its journey back to us in the mail) a percentage based on the damage will be reduced in the gift card amount given back to the buyer in place of the product.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at agamjot.singh@shopify.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our paintings are insured for shipping damages "vis-a-vis" the courier. The buyer will be reimbursed for (the cost of the product) by the courier service if they deem it as legitimate damage that took place during shipment.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged or returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards. All sale/clearance items are final sale. All original works of art, including oil paintings, acrylic paintings and any other one-of-a-kind products are final sale. No returns/refunds/exchanges will be accepted by the artist/seller/store owner. 


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the provided gift card.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned exchange item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically provided with the paid price via a gift card. Exchange issued gift cards do not expire and can only be used towards product purchases at the Shopify store www.Agamjot-Singh-Art.MyShopify.com and any of its other domain name titles.
